How to Leverage Data, Products & AI for Your Business 🏢

How to build a System that will make you an AI expert in 5 minutes🚀

4-step system that will help you become an AI expert, with practical ideas and tools.

This is not some magic wound clearly, as this is a complex field.

You should have an in-depth understanding of different concepts.

The best way to approach this is by building a system, you need to keep these 2 things in mind:

Intensity is the level of work you are going to do per day.

Consistency is to maintain the intensity for a long enough period of time.

You can discipline yourself for 100 days.

This is to grow an in-depth understanding of the field to position ourselves as an expert in the market.

The system is divided into 4 parts —

1 — Deep Work

2 — Personal Brand — putting your work in the market

3 — Business/company research, engaging with top creators/recruiters in the domain

4 — Building one project at a time

You have to complete these 4 parts each day for 100 days.

1 — deep work

Duration — 4 hours of work

Environment —

• no interaction with anybody

• no phones

• no music

• coffee is allowed

You should be in action mode here.

Reading tech books, newsletters, and research papers, solving questions, writing code, understanding concepts, watching tech videos, and making notes.

Focus on one technology at a time.

2 — Personal Brand — Putting your work in the market

Imagine the satisfaction of putting your work out there, one piece at a time, and seeing it transform into your personal brand.

In the age of social media, if you don’t let people know you exist, your expertise might remain hidden.

Creating content in your chosen domain is vital. Each day, produce one of the following for your target audience —

1 blog
1 LinkedIn post
1 video
1 podcast
1 Twitter thread
1 Instagram

Any one of the above will be fine. (1 Blog or Video per day is recommended)

Anything you learn in deep work sessions will be converted into written or video format.

Document your process of learning journey in a storytelling format.

Remember, everyone’s story is unique.

3 — Business/company research, engaging with top creators/recruiters in the domain

The objective here is to understand the market.

Search for one company at a time(per day), and create your own Excel sheet for your research.

1 problem statement the company is working on that is similar to the problem statement you are working on.

1 top tech creators in your niche, engage with them.

Be the first one to engage with their posts, click the bell icon on their LinkedIn profile.

1 Connect with recruiters/potential clients at a time with personalized messages.

4 — building one project at a time

Invest your time in solving problems that have market value.

→ How to find those problems?

Go to Kaggle and check for featured problems in the competition section.

Check the discussion forum of that problem and go through resources around that same problem in research papers.

Once you understand the problem enough, frame your problem statement.

→ Why the above way is right?

That way you will have a dataset and companies are paying money to solve that problem.

That’s how you select projects for showing in your portfolio.

Once you select the problem statement do these 2 things that most people are not doing:

• deploy it in production(making your project live to the users)

• gather use cases(let people use your solution, earn money from it if possible)

Remember, companies seek individuals with the right attitude, and they are working to develop projects that are not only impactful but also profitable.

By deploying your project and monetizing it, you’ve demonstrated exactly what companies are looking for a proven track record of valuable work in your portfolio.

Work on the topics and ask these questions —

For Leaders

• What it is

• What are the real-world examples

• What are the ML algorithms using that concept

• When to use those algorithms

For Engineers

• Mathematical concept, where it came from

• Implementation, Project example with data (if possible as per the topic)
